Whilst at Kaiser...
Nurse: Do you exercise?
Me: Yeah, I walk 4 times a week for about an hour, then hula hoop for 30 minutes after.
Nurse: .....wow. More power to you!

Matt Craig hired as SNL writer
-saturdaynightlive: According to the Chicago Tribune, Second City alum Matt Craig has been hired as a writer at Saturday Night Live. Craig has previously performed and taught at iO and performs regularly in his two-man show FrankenMatt with comedy partner Frank Caeti. Congratulations! I’ve seen so many Frank & Matt shows at Second City! So excited to hear he got hired!

Live From New York, It's Saturday Night!: Did... →
-saturdaynightlive: While both are distinct viewpoints, it hardly makes for a diverse writing staff and while I’m not saying that this narrow viewpoint is necessarily detrimental to 30 Rock, it does seem to me to be a vaguely irresponsible and discriminatory hiring practice for someone of Tina Fey’s stature to be… Tina broke my heart a little. I guess it’s either grad school at...

Tina Fey Thanks Alec Baldwin for Making 30 Rock... →
the-girlieshow: “The part of Jack Donaghy was written for Alec Baldwin. Unfortunately, I did not have the courage to introduce myself to him and tell him that at the time, so for several months I met with some of the best actors in New York, and also some that are only okay. And with each meeting I had in an attempt to cast Jack Donaghy, it just became clearer and clearer that this part was...
